What Happens After You Send the Form?
Discovery comes first, either way: what you need, and the constraints around it.
If you’re hiring, we present matched candidates within 7 days, then you interview them. Requirements discovery takes 1 day, candidate matching 1–2 days, your interview 1 day, then 1–2 days of onboarding for contracts, security and access.
If you’re starting a build, discovery sets the requirements and the architecture before development starts.
Day to day, EU and UK clients get our full working day on Central European Time (CET/CEST). For the US, we can arrange at least four hours of daily overlap with the West Coast.
