Project overview
- Problem
Our Client was leveling up their analytics to offer competitive educational programs. They built a data warehouse on the Amazon Redshift platform and needed robust pipelines to populate it.
They decided to engage professional help to ensure data consistency, quality, and timely availability for analytics and reporting.
- Our solution
After analyzing our Client’s data sources, reporting requirements, and existing architecture, we selected Fivetran for automated data ingestion and DBT for data transformation and modeling.
We implemented end-to-end data pipelines that automatically extracted data from source systems, loaded it into Amazon Redshift, and transformed it into analytics-ready datasets.
We also established transformation workflows, data validation processes, and monitoring mechanisms to support reliable warehouse operations.

Our team operated fully remotely, following Agile methodology with structured sprints and bi-weekly demos to ensure continuous feedback and alignment. Transparent communication and progress tracking were maintained through Jira for task management and Slack for daily collaboration.
