What we did
Project overview
- Problem
Our Client needed a comprehensive dashboard that would aggregate reviews and ratings from various sources in real time and provide insights into the performance of individual hotels and the chain as a whole.
They wanted to enhance their reputation management and competitive positioning by managing those reviews faster.
- Our solution
Our Client wanted the system to not only gather ratings but also deeply analyze review texts, compare hotels, and suggest insights into customer preferences and areas of improvement.
We created a highly customizable solution that pulled data from 10 different sources (Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Facebook, and others). It then sorted review texts based on set keywords and parameters like “price”, “staff”, ”cleanliness”, and more.
- Workflow
Our team operated fully remotely, following Agile methodology with structured sprints and bi-weekly demos to ensure continuous feedback and alignment. Transparent communication and progress tracking were maintained through Jira for task management and Slack for daily collaboration.
